Southwest is home to a little over 68,000 residents who take pride in its neighborhood with its rich history and diverse community which is why we offer as many services and resources available to post online.

SW Waterfront

With renewed economic development in the Southwest community we'll see in the upcoming years:

  • 14 acres of waterfront parks, promenades and plazas -- three times the existing amount including a Market Square adjacent to the Fish Wharf and a Cultural Park at the end of M Street, SW near Arena Stage
  • a 400-450 room hotel
