Overseeing
a city or ward in the city of Washington, DC can be daunting
job and that's where community leaders play an active
and vital role.
Within
each community or neighborhood are issues and concerns
unique to those residents living or businesses operating
in their respective neighborhoods.
Community
leaders of Southwest meet to discuss issues, create
task forces, develop projects and implement programs
that can benefit and enrich the lives of Southwest DC
residents.
