• 02/10/03 -- Almost 50 acres of living, dining, entertainment and open space suggested for Southwest Waterfront: Final Draft Plan Released Today- (Washington, DC) - The National Capitol Revitalization Corporation (NCRC) and the District of Columbia Office of Planning (OP) today released the final draft of the Southwest Waterfront Plan, the first step in creating a world-class urban waterfront in the Nation's Capital.
